1. Independent Service & No Official Affiliation

Namandarshan operates as an independent, private platform dedicated to providing information and assisting devotees in their spiritual journey. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any official association with any temple trust, board, or administrative body.

2. Facilitation of Service, Not Direct Sale

Our platform acts solely as a facilitator to help you obtain sacred Prasadam. Namandarshan does not manufacture, package, or directly sell the Prasadam. The fees collected on our platform strictly cover the costs of procurement, handling, and delivery logistics performed on your behalf.

3. Sourcing and Origin of Prasadam

We help in procuring the Prasadam either directly from the official temple counters or from vendors who approach us. While we strive for authenticity, Namandarshan does not guarantee that the Prasadam delivered is sourced exclusively from the inner temple administration.

4. Perishability and Quality

Prasadam consists of consumable and often perishable items. While we take the utmost care in packaging and expediting delivery, Namandarshan cannot guarantee the shelf-life, exact physical condition upon arrival, or taste of the items. Consumption is at the devotee's own discretion, and we are not liable for any health issues or allergic reactions that may occur.

5. Delivery Timelines

Delivery schedules are estimates based on standard courier logistics, temple timings, and external factors. Namandarshan is not responsible for delays caused by weather, logistical disruptions, or sudden closures at the temple premises.
