Char Dham of Uttarakhand or Chota Char Dham (small four abodes) is one of the most important Hindu Pilgrimages in India. It comprises of four most holy sites of Uttarakhand, namely – Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri and Yamunotri. When and how these places got linked in a pilgrimage circuit together is not known. Each of the places has its own individual and legendary history. But perhaps it is the greatness and mysticism of each site that has qualified them to form a sacred pilgrimage tour.
DAY 01: HARIDWAR – BARKOT
Morning meet our representative at your Hotel / Airport / Railway Station. After some basic information start your journey to Barkot. Later drive to Barkot. Check into the hotel arrival in Barkot. Overnight stay at Barkot.
DAY 02: BARKOT – YAMUNOTRI – BARKOT
Early morning after breakfast, drive to Jankichatti / Phoolchatti. Start your trek from here to Yamunotri (6kms) (Either by walk or by horse or by Doli at own cost). After arrival at Yamunotri take bath in warm waters of Surya Kund (Hot Spring). Enjoy Darshan of”Yamunaji”. Return trek to Jankichatti. Later drive towards Barkot. Overnight stay at Barkot
DAY 03: BARKOT – UTTARKASHI
After morning breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Uttarkashi . Upon arrival check in to the hotel. Night stay.
DAY 04: UTTARKASHI – GANGOTRI – UTTARKASHI
Early Morning Departure to Gangotri (100 Kms). Upon arrival at Gangotri, take a holy dip in the sacred Ganges, Perform Puja and return to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.
DAY 05 : UTTARKASHI GUPTKASHI
After Morning breakfast check out from hotel and proceed to Guptkashi. Upon arrival transfer to hotel. Overnight stay at Guptkashi.
DAY 06 : GUPTKASHI – KEDARNATH
Early hours proceed to Sonprayag, then to Gaurikund and later proceed to Kedarnath
DAY 07 : KEDARNATH – GUPTKASHI
Early morning after Darshan, we proceed to Gourikund ,then to Sonprayag and later proceed to Guptkashi.Overnight stay at hotel.
DAY 08: GUPTKASHI – BADRINATH
Early Morning Drive to Badrinath via Joshimath. Check in Hotel. Later at evening visit Badrinath Temple for Aarti. Overnight Stay at Badrinath.
DAY 09: BADRINATH – RUDRAPRAYAG
Early morning After Badrinath darshan drive to Rudraprayag. Overnight stay at Rudraprayag.
DAY 10: RUDRAPRAYAG – HARIDWAR
After morning breakfast check out from hotel and Drive back to Delhi . On Arrival at Haridwar, transfer to Railway Station.
